Bid Plugin Software License Agreement

Each Bid Plugin purchase includes a unique license key associated with the customer order.

Activation limits

Single Site licenses permit one active website. Agency licenses permit up to 10 active websites per license term. Removing an activation frees that site slot. Activations may be managed from the customer account.

License term

Licenses are issued for the term shown at checkout. An active license provides access to licensed downloads and updates. Expired licenses do not remove previously installed marketplace data, but access to licensed updates and downloads may stop.

Prohibited use

License keys may not be publicly posted, transferred for resale, shared outside the purchasing organization, or used to distribute Bid Plugin as a competing software product.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the published refund policy. Refunded or charged-back purchases may have their associated license keys deactivated.
