Bid Plugin Terms of Service

These terms govern purchases and use of Bid Plugin software and services.

Software license

A valid paid license grants the purchaser permission to use Bid Plugin on the number of websites allowed by the purchased plan. The software may not be resold, redistributed, shared as a standalone product, or offered as a competing downloadable plugin.

Accounts and purchases

Purchases are processed through WooCommerce and Stripe. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and account information and for keeping their account credentials secure.

Updates and support

Updates and support are provided while the applicable license remains active. Compatibility can vary with third-party themes, plugins, hosting environments and external APIs.

Marketplace responsibility

Bid Plugin is software for building bidding marketplaces. Marketplace owners are responsible for their own users, pricing, payments, listings, claims, privacy notices, local laws and business practices.
